Ideal for conferences, the meeting facilities at Park Plaza London Riverbank feature purpose-built function rooms on four separate floors, spacious foyers and convenient cloakrooms. We make it easy to organise a convention in Central London by offering private access via a dedicated conference entrance. Our hotel also provides separate lift access on all floors, including a heavy-load goods lift at the rear of the hotel.

Our three flexible City Suites, located on the ground floor, seat up to 400 guests when combined. The Ballroom holds up to 650 delegates theatre style and can be separated into two rooms, each holding up to 300 people theatre style. Designed in a striking modern style, the Ballroom also boasts a state-of-the-art lighting system and a ceiling height of five metres. The versatile Plaza Suite, located beneath the Ballroom, can be divided and rearranged to accommodate anywhere from 40 to 550 delegates. Looking for syndicate rooms for breakout sessions, training events or refreshment breaks? Choose one of our eight Park Suites, located on the mezzanine level.  

Our venue can meet nearly any conference’s technological requirements thanks to our state-of-the-art, built-in audiovisual equipment. Enjoy convenient amenities like rigging points, projectors, screens and sound systems. Our experienced team can provide equipment hire and IT assistance, and conference attendees receive complimentary Wi-Fi access.
